Joseph DiNardo, Esq. is the Founder of Counsel Financial in 2000 and previously Joe practiced mass tort and personal injury law for over 26 years with his initial practice being in mesothelioma cases. During his extensive trial career, he represented thousands of injured plaintiffs, obtaining multi-million-dollar settlements and awards on many cases tried to verdict.
Joe has spoken at numerous National Trial Lawyers events and appeared often at New York State and American Bar Association functions as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and has dedicated most of his career to development and growth of financing within the legal industry since 1998. Joe has featured multiple times in legal and other media publications including "Best Lawyers in America."
Outside of the workplace, Joe is a frequent traveler and enjoys trips to Aspen, CO where he enjoys the Rocky Mountains and the many outdoor activities there. While his day-to-day legal practice may have tapered, he still remains active in mediation and dispute resolution on a regular basis. Joe also stays fit by regular workouts and exercising when he’s travelling and at home.
