Jennifer Hoekstra and the AWKO trial team led the charge on the 16th 3M multidistrict litigation bellwether trial in May. 3M Leadership brought more multidistrict litigation. Bellwether trials to verdict in the last 18 months than any prior multidistrict Bellwether trial track in history. Jennifer has been involved in direct outcomes of Bellwether trials and settlements in excess of 11 billion dollars in multidistrict. These dockets include trial and leadership roles in the following MDLs: Actos, DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant, Genetically Modified Rice, 3M Earplugs, and Proton Pump Inhibitors. She has been active in complex litigation since 2007 and shows no sign of slowing down in 2022. We look forward to watching Jennifer maintain her leadership role in the 3M Earplug mediation and settlement negations.
