Melissa Lamore serves as Co-founder and President of The League, an emerging network connecting women in the legal industry. She holds a decade of experience in sales and hospitality, owning and operating her own event services company since 2013. After Melissa’s 2022 battle with breast cancer, she now sits on The American Cancer Society board for ResearcHERS and participates in Community Outreach at Stanford University. The same year, Melissa founded The League of Women in Legal, or “The League,” to foster community among women in law after receiving huge support from the law community during her battle with cancer. She also received a BA in Political Science and History and a Masters in Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008.
